In the matter of disrespect in Punjab, the truth has finally come out. Dera Sacha Sauda Follower Mohinder Pal Bittu not found guilty of any such crime, and all the Dera followers including Bittu, accused of disrespecting Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, are found innocent. Although, this was never a doubt in the minds of people, knowing Dera Sacha Sauda followers, who are known for their honesty and rightful behavior, following the path shown by their Master Saint Ram Rahim JI.
While investigating the matter, the CBI has submitted the closure report in the Mohali court to confirm that no such evidence against Mahinder Pal Bittu and Aurora have been found during the investigation in case of disrespect of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
After filing the closure report in Mohali’s CBI Special Court, the matter will now be heard on July 23, where all records will be presented in the court.
The Case was handed over to the CBI about three and a half years Ago
It is to be mentioned here that the CBI had been entrusted with the investigation of incidents of irregularities in Burari and other places on November 2, 2015, about three and a half years before the Punjab government and the Punjab Police accused Mohinder Pal Bittu of the case. 7 people were arrested on June 7, 2018. After that, Mahendrapal Bittu and his family have repeatedly said that they have not committed any such crime and are being implicated in false cases.
Since CBI was already investigating the case, the CBI had also carried out the investigation after taking Mohinder Pal Bittu and Aureana for 14 days remand. The CBI had also conducted a lie detector test and brain mapping also. Based on which CBI came to the conclusion of the innocence of Dera Sacha Sauda followers. Now the CBI has filed a closure report in this case too.
It is indeed sad that innocent Mohinder Pal Bittu lodged in Nabha jail was brutally murdered, on June 22. Although this incident saddened Dera Followers, they resorted to peace as per the teachings of his holiness Baba Ram Rahim Ji and provided strength to each other at such a sensitive occasion.
